We (Napalm Custom Oy / FI29028445 ) sell products worldwide from our online store https://napalmcustom.com. Our store is based on Finland. We sell to legal age individual customers and companies.

The prices shown on our online store include the Finnish Value Added Tax (24%) for the countries in EU. Other countries will be specified in the cost We withhold the right to modify the prices of our products, as well as the rates of delivery.

We reserve the right to not deliver in case of any misleading typographical or programmatical errors on the site.

Products are ordered from the online store by adding them to the cart and paying for the contents of the cart at checkout. We process all customer information with confidentiality. Unless otherwise stated, information gathered in connection with orders is used for the sole purpose of delivering the orders and solving any possible uncertainties related to that. To order from the online store, you are required to have read and to have agreed to be bound by the terms of delivery and privacy policy in force at the time of the order.
Paying and methods of payment

You can pay with our selected payment provider. If you make your order using pick-up from Tampere, you can pay by using card while picking up your order.

Payment Service Provider 

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Confirmation of order and payment

After a successful order a confirmation of the order will be sent to your email address. Receiving the confirmation of order requires that you have given your email address during the order. If you have not received the confirmation of order in your email, please first check the spam folder of your email. The confirmation message should be delivered within 5 minutes from placing the order.

The cost of delivery for your order can be seen on the Cart and Checkout pages.

We use delivery service that best suits our needs. Contact us before making order if you want specific courier for the delivery.

VAT and import duties

EU countries:

No extra fees will apply to EU countries. Product prices shown in the online store includes Finnish VAT (24%).

Non-EU countries:

Prices shown at the online store does not include VAT for non-EU countries (some exceptions). Depending on order amount and your country, you might have to pay VAT for your country when you receive the package.

We are currently not VAT registered in non-EU countries. This limits some areas that we can sell. We reserve right to cancel the order if it requires the seller to be VAT registered on the destination country.

We are not VAT registered in United Kingdom and therefore we can not sent any orders which has subtotal of 135£ or under (approximately 157€).

Time of delivery

We deliver products available at our inventory at the time of the order within one (1) to seven (7) business days. If the product(s) are out of stock, we typically deliver the order within couple of months.

We assume no liability for any delay caused by force majeure, or for any delay caused by an unusual delay on the part of the company responsible for the delivery service.

If the time of delivery is unexpectedly prolonged, we will be in contact with customer responsible for the order, and he or she will be presented with the opportunity to cancel the order, in which case the full price of the order will be refunded within 14 days from reception of the notice of cancellation.

Statutory liability for the lack conformity of the products

Napalmcustom.com online store is bound, in its capacity as a seller of consumer goods, by the five (5) year statutory liability for non-conforming goods contained in the Consumer Protection Act. Any defects apparent at the time of transfer of possession, and risk, of the goods are within the liability of the seller.

A defect is assumed have been apparent at the moment of passing of risk to the buyer, if the defect becomes apparent within the first six months after the passing of risk, unless such assumption is contrary to the nature of the goods in question.

Notice of any defect in the goods must be sent to the seller as soon as possible, and such notice can be sent within two (2) months from the date on which the buyer first became aware of the defect.
Cancellation period and return policy

As a consumer you have the right, under the Consumer Protection Act, to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of placing the order or from accepting delivery of the goods.

Notice of cancellation of the order must be made in writing, and it must contain the buyer’s name and address, date of order and the products ordered. The notice of cancellation of the order must be made in writing, and sent to us either by email (info@napalmcustom.com) or by post to the address that can be found below.

The goods must be returned in original condition and in original packaging via post within 14 days from the sending of the notice of cancellation. Any costs associated with returning the goods are always within the responsibility of the customer. The customer must also take adequate care to ensure that the goods are packaged carefully in the original packaging, to ensure the goods can withstand the delivery back to the seller.

Attach a copy of the notice of cancellation to the goods you are returning. Also attach your name, address and bank account number to the order you are returning, to enable us to make the refund. The price paid for the order will be refunded in full within 14 days from the date of reception of the returned goods by us, or from the date on which the goods have been provably handed over to a postal service for delivery to the return address.

We withhold the right to charge the buyer for any costs borne by us due to reduction in the value of the returned goods, if such reduction in value is due to inadequate care in packaging the goods by the buyer.

Uncollected orders

Failing to collect the ordered goods does not amount to returning or cancelling the order. We withhold the right to collect 20 euros in return costs for any uncollected orders.

Problem situations

If the goods have been lost or damaged during the delivery, you must inform us of that as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days from taking delivery of the goods.

Dispute resolution

Any possible disputes relating the to activities of napalmcustom.com online store will be resolved in the district court of the seller’s place of domicile.
