At Napalm Custom, we design and manufacture next-generation skateboard decks using innovative hybrid constructions. Our decks are available in advanced 4-ply and 5-ply formats, reinforced with high-performance fibers like carbon and fiberglass. Compared to traditional 7-ply wooden decks, our fiber-enhanced constructions offer significantly greater strength, responsiveness, and pop.
Unlike wood, which absorbs energy due to its natural dampening effect, our epoxy-infused fiber layers efficiently transfer energy, resulting in a sharper, more powerful pop with every trick.
TIP REINFORCEMENTS – Durability Where It Matters
All Napalm Custom decks can be equipped with wear resistant polymer Tip Reinforcements on the nose and tail. These specialized components absorb impact energy and significantly reduce wear and tear, greatly extending the lifespan of your deck — especially under aggressive use.

Developed over two years through continuous design iterations and extensive feedback from both professional and everyday skateboarders, the DREAM Deck has been tested in real-world conditions: from skateparks and street spots to miniramps, vert ramps, and even megaramps. The result is a high-performance deck that sets a new standard for strength, consistency, and board feel.
Engineered for Performance
At the heart of the DREAM Deck is a precision-crafted wooden core, chosen after extensive prototyping for its superior board feel. This core is encased in a high-performance polymer composite that significantly enhances impact and wear resistance—far beyond what traditional wood can offer—while preserving the signature “pop” and natural sound that skaters love.
To maximize strength and stiffness without adding excess weight, full-size carbon fiber layers are integrated above and below the core. The base of the deck features a durable slick layer that reduces friction and ensures smooth, consistent slides across all surfaces. Graphics are applied directly to this layer, ensuring long-lasting visual appeal.

Is the DREAM Deck Indestructible?
No skateboard is truly indestructible—and neither is the DREAM Deck. It’s designed for real skateboarding and built to take a beating, but like any board, it can eventually break under extreme use. That said, it’s significantly stronger and more durable than any wooden deck on the market—and by far the toughest board we’ve ever built.
4-Ply Construction

Our 4-ply decks are engineered for skaters who demand explosive pop, maximum strength, and reduced weight. Ideal for all-around use.

5-Ply Construction
Comparable in weight to a traditional 7-ply deck — but far superior in performance.
The 5-ply deck offers enhanced durability and optimized fiber layering for noticeably better pop and resistance to snapping.

VERT Decks – Built for Speed and Precision
Our specialized VERT decks are engineered for vertical skateboarding and bowl riding. These ultra-stiff boards are multiple times stiffer than standard wooden decks, allowing them to convert pumping energy directly into speed with minimal loss.
VERT decks are available with or without Tip Reinforcements and can be tailored to specific riding styles.
