The Ryan Decenzo Signature Series isotopes have been designed for the high impact street/park skater that is looking for the speed and performance of a ceramic bearing with the mechanical durability of an all metal design. It’s a highly versatile bearing offering unparalleled performance on street sessions to park and ramp jams.

Each isotope series bearing was designed using:

  • Precision design throughout the bearing

  • High quality chrome steel

  • Ultra-strong composite retainer/cage

  • Ceramic rolling elements designed for high impact

  • Precision fit, non-contact shields

Where we differentiate is our material science know-how. We apply nanomaterial stacks to correct for the surface level imperfections across all critical contact surfaces within the bearing. We also use our material designs for the ceramic rolling elements. These material enhancements create the speed and high impact durability that keep Ryan cruising.

Each Ryan Decenzo Signature Isotope Series Bearing Kit Includes:

  • 8 x isotope ceramic hybrid series bearings

  • 16 x isotope series bearing shields with micro-ring for easy application of lube while bearing is in wheel (8 installed, 8 spares)

  • 8 x speed washers

  • 3 stickers

Designed, coated, 100% tested, and packaged in our lab in the Charlotte, NC area.

Quantum Bearing Science was founded by long time skaters – Brad Sasser and Jason Hammock.

They decided to take their experience from years of working in respective fields to help create a better bearing and gave something back to skateboarding. A lower maintenance bearing where you don’t have to stress taking a shielded bearing out to lube it. Bearings designed for longevity by only using high quality, field tested materials. Bearings compensated at the nano-level for consistency and response.

The love of skateboarding pushes Quantum to make highest quality, lowest maintenance and most affordable bearings for skaters of all skill levels. And even beyond that, they give at least 10 percentage of their profit to skate community.

They have created 2-D meta-material structures designed to enhance the performance and longevity of skateboard bearings. A world’s first for skateboard bearings! Quantum bearings utilize their design which incorporates considerations for MECNC (Matrix Enhanced Ceramic Nano-Composites) and their coating processes. Besides optimizing the performance of the bearings, they have also minimized their impact for the environment by using only environmentally friendly coating processes and materials. Also over 95% of their process stream are recycled.
